By booking our services through this site, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our booking policy. Please note that the service fee and any purchased parts are non-refundable. We provide a 90-day warranty on installed parts only. Additionally, jobs involving Freon are not refundable. If items are ordered or installed and the service is canceled within hours after the invoice is signed, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
